Why did we choose to embark on our Emotional Fitness journey?

Was one of those reasons to be of assistance to those in a time of need? I know for me part of the journey was to first go through my own personal journey with a view to help others one day.

Those of us who are trained and equipped with the tools of
Emotional Fitness can offer an important service during the time of the COVID-19 crisis.

I will play my part, as I know a number of you will during this time of transition.

You are invited to join us for an Emotional Fitness Family Connection. We will have an opportunity to support one another, share what lessons we have learned during this challenging time, and identify how we can be of greatest value and service to those in need.

Greetings my friends.

To maintain or develop our overall resiliency it is not only important to support our Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Emotional Fitness but equally so to maintain our social and family connections.

Although we must maintain Physical Distancing during the COVID-19 Pandemic, we can still sustain our Social & Family Connections.

Today’s technology is a great platform to maintain those connections.

I will play my part, as I know a number of you will as well during this time of transition.
